Awesome...I can do that DIY no prob. Even though I have a wired headset this would still be a worthy mod for any headset.

I just use the hat clip. Works as good as the track clip.
      Nice find but.

On your headset or do you wear a hat?

          I wear a hat.
I am going to buy some ir reflective material this week and see if that works stuck on my headset.

Let me know when you do. I bring out my TrackIR about 50% of the time but if I only have to put some tape on my headset I would use it 100%.

              Re: Wireless TrackIR

I use the hat clip, but have wanted to find a way to loose the hat requirement (and not spend $$ on a pro). I recently mounted the clip directly to the top of the headsets' main head-band using a small piece of black duct tape. The clip is so light, that a single piece holds it securely and the black color is unnoticeable on the black head-band.
