  • Server banners inside forum (Greasemonkey script)

This was posted in the ARMA1 forum, and I was thinking about trying to fix it so it worked with our arma2 servers. Turns out it works already, without doing anything. You do have to have firefox, but you should be already :row__542:

Full thread here, and once you start using, you will find yourself using it all the time.

It looks this idea started right here, so here I am just trying to help.

I'm posting this for every game that Gametracker tracks that we have here so apologies if you see this in every forum. I don't know how you guys check the server status, but I thought it might be easier to just have the Gametracker banners right inside the forum for easy viewing. Here's a screenshot to show what I'm talking about.

You'll need Firefox along with the Greasemonkey extension which you can download here.
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748

    And here's the script - serverBannerArma.user.js

Alternatively you may position the banners either on the left side or right side or just keep it centered. To do that you need to edit the script on line 10 and type in either left, center or right. Let me know if this helps at all.

Here's an updated version with the changed Bravo IP in case anyone's interested. I have no idea if any other server IPs are correct anymore apart from those of Arma2.

Remember, besides FF this also works on Opera, which I'm using, and possibly also Chrome/Iron(haven't tested but I've heard they now take user javascript).

Teamspeak IFrame inside forum (Greasemonkey script)

Here's another little userscript based on the server banners. It's independent of that script but meant to be used with it: An IFrame allowing you to see who's on TS. It'll place the Iframe conveniently below your "User CP" and "PM" tabs on the right side.

Here's a quick fix for the server banners script to make it compatible with the new forum look:

Yeah thanks, yours works fine. Silly me tried to set those banners in relation to an element that doesn't exist in every view.
