    Fixed:
    - group manager works
    - leaders have deployable tent on first spawn only (for a respawn position)

    Problem: - initPlayerLocal.sqf was not working as expected & had to move all that code into init.sqf to clear up the issue

    Future:
    - will look for a way to limit the respawn tents to the first leader only and in order from PL, Dagger-1 SL, Dagger-2 SL then Weapons SL in that order.
    - add a player marker system ONLY to keep track of pubbies otherwise the challenge is pretty great for TG regulars
    - may reduce the number of player slots as we see how it plays out with more (biggest test so far I've seen is 11 players)

    Known Issue:
    JIP players are spawning in on placement spot from Eden editor. Will have to handle this so they are moved to the current players in the game in order to not use a respawn, or test other respawnOnStart settings now that everything else is working.
