The Pathfinders have a long history within TacticalGamer's ArmA community. The current formation of the group is centered around access to real time mission editing and service to the work of building our community.
Pathfinders have access to the real time mission editors such as Zues or MCC Sandbox missions. As such, a Pathfinder must understand the aims of TacticalGamer.com and the rules as set forth by the game administration. Real time editing must be done in a balance of difficulty, community service and most importantly foster an environment that furthers our aim towards our Primer.
The ArmA Pathfinders are a way of building community. It is an important part to play within our community. Pathfinders offer help to players. They are capable of leading missions, creating missions and helping to foster this community as one of maturity and respect.
To be inducted, a player has to constantly demonstrate the ability to be an example of TG conduct. This isn’t just when the Admins are around. It is every time they are on the server.
* Every Pathfinder needs to be an active player - if a pathfinder is unable to maintain an active presence in the community and participate in regular events and be present online they must be removed from the pathfinders group.A final note about appointments: Pathfinders will chosen from those who conduct themselves according their demonstration to above conduct and commitment.
* Pathfinders are drawn from the entire member base. Only the admin team can add or remove players from the pathfinders. Regular members are encouraged to suggest new members to the pathfinder team via CAA.
* All Pathfinders are expected to retrain when able and support TacticalGamer University courses. Instructors may use the help of Pathfinders as assistants and Pathfinders will thus learn the material all the better.
* All Pathfinders will have access to special player slots like Zeus game master, MCC game master, Patrol ops CO and will be expected to train and be proficient in all special access. Additionally, Pathfinders will be expected to reflect the “TG” style of team play, mission structure and balanced opposing force professionalism in all aspects of their design and deployment of missions.
