You need Combined Arms which is Arma2 plus Operation Arrowhead combined. Arma2 or Operation Arrowhead by themselves will not work

You're absolutely right, I'm sorry. You need Arma2 by default or Op Arrowhead won't work and neither will PR. I was replying to this quote about addons and didn't specify:

Yeah a fix has been pushed out and applied to both servers. Should be a much more hacker free environment now! :)
