Let's have something positive to talk about - Ribbons!

Please congratulate your fellow gamers and friends on their achievements!

    |TG-X|Marine
    |TG-22nd|Jeepo
    Sniper Specialist (Class I)

    Nomination:
Where: Al Kufrah 16 as British

    Who: MarineSeaknight, and Jeepo

It started out as Marine, Jeepo, and I. I was the spotter, Jeepo and Marine were snipers. We moved South to and positioned ourselves in some Oil Towers. No friendlies were present at Oil Storage, only a boatload of hostiles. I started spotting targets and we racked some kills. While doing so, they were in chaos and we denied them their use of their HMG. This chaos allowed our friendly squads to stage a succesfull assault. We then displaced and moved to towers in the center of the map. Here, Marine was able to keep good overwatch on Oil Storage while Jeepo engaged targets at Oil Production. With the help of our spotting, we were able to call out enemy rally, vehicle, and troop locations to the friendlies on the ground; we used TS to do this ofcourse. At one point Jeepo ran out of ammo and we led a succesfull reload mission into a highly violent area. In the end, the squad K to D ratio was 22-0. These two have shown their expertise with the use of the sniper kit and used them effectively to help the team.

    |TG-X|Marine
    |TG-Irr|SuperCobra
    Air Calvary Specialist (Class I)

    Nomination:
i would like to nominate both marine and cobra for there brillinat worj in the havoks. without them we would have had a much harder time with enemy tanks etc.
very good flying and bought down the thunder when needed

    |TG-X|Warlab
    Armor Specialist (Class II)

    Nomination:
During TG vs TTP Round three on Kashan 32 I was a gunner in tank bravo, my driver was Warlab. Throughout the round Warlab used a keen sense, knowing exactly when to pull back, enage and hold. It was amazing to work with him. He followed our SL orders to a key and managed to utilize our armoured asset perfectly. As a unit we destroyed 3 hostile tanks and managed to support our infantry at the bunker complex and North Village. It was one of the best times I've ever had in armour.

    |TG-Irr|pwn3ge
    Distinguished Defense (Class I)

    Nomination:
Pwn3ge was assigned the duty of flying transport helicopters during the scrimmage against Texas Team Players. Included in his duties was to defend the MEC main base against possible attacks from enemy armor, AAVs, and apache helicopters. This was a big order for one player to accomplish, and the success of the team was at stake as failure would mean that valuable assets would be lost to the team for 20 minutes.

Our main was under constant threat from the enemy. Initially they deployed 2 tanks against our main and followed with infantry to spot for their apaches, AAVs, and a bradley. Pwn3ge took it upon himself to man the appropriate counter-measures to these threats, moving from stationary TOWs to our AA emplacements to destroy the threats or at least force them to withdraw. He even took a sniper kit and single-handily took down a spotter team that was attempt to laze targets in our main.

Due to his quick thinking and attention to his duties, pwn3ge has distinguished himself and made himself worth of this recognition. It is with great pride that I submit this nomination for |TG-Irr|pw3nge for Distinguished Defense, Class I.

    |TG-6th|A.Wickens
    |TG-X|Portable.Cougar
    Armor Specialist (Class I)

    Nomination:
Portable.Cougar and Wickens were teamed together in an APC for the scrimmage and tasked with entering and defending the bunker complex in support of infantry squads there. They were able to successfully enter the center bunker complex, assist friendly units in capturing the northern bunker flag, and stubbornly held this position against constant and unrelenting opposition. Their APC accounted for over 30 kills during this time and served as a major deterrent for the opposition forces. They eventually succumbed to an enemy H-AT shot, but rebounded quickly by assisting in retaking the bunkers as infantry before acquiring a new APC and assisting in the final assault on the North Village flag.

Due to their skill as both driver and gunner, Portable.Cougar and Wickens made a formidable and deadly team. Their abilities played a determining factor in our team holding the key bunker flags and causing so many enemy casualties while they attempted to wrest control of these points from our team. It is with great pride that I submit this nomination for |TG-X|Portable.Cougar and |TG-6th|A.Wickens for Distinguished Armor, Class I.

    |TG-E1st|CrawlingEye
    Distinguished Squad Leader (Class II)

    Nomination:
While preparing for the TG vs. TTP scrim, Crawlingeye was administratively moved from Squad 6 to Squad 5 and then back. He was cool with the moves pre-game and showed up for the scrim on time. Crawlingeye even practiced in the training server with Squad 5 (E1st) to help us work out the starting / opening plan.

During the sign in for the scrim, Crawlingeye was promoted to Squad Leader of Squad 6, when Katanama couldn’t make it. He immediately took command with likely little planning or training and executed a great opening move with his squad to take North Bunker. They held there, until the bunker complex was under great pressure and both flags went down.

Fighting back in, Crawlingeye retook South Bunker and held it until the move on Outpost started. Selected by the commander to do an air-assault on Outpost, Crawlingeye lead his squad to taking and holding Outpost, supporting the armor and other units there.

Crawlingeye personally had 12 kills to 9 deaths and lead his squad to an 8093 squad score in the scrim – the highest scoring squad in the scrim for both teams.

Crawlingeye did an amazing job under great pressure to step up to the Squad Leader position in a scrim. He demonstrated great leadership ability and teamwork, and obviously has the trust of both the commander and the team.

                      Nice job everyone!

I didn't join a squad once and this guy named Nardini took me into the back room and beat me with a sock of oranges.
