How do i set up the "Force Center Position" key? It's not under the Shortcuts tab.

Also, i can't find a lot of the tabs mentioned in the PR forums installation guide, like
    Audio Output
    Messages
    Plugin
    Overlay

    I have the latest version

    under the shortcuts tab
    click Add
double click the new entry on its description to select the function, and double click on the right to select the hotkey.

**edit**And I believe you need to check a box labeled "advanced mode" or something similar. I think it's under the user interface tab

            Re: Mumble Configuration help

Force Center transmitts to everyone, not just those in your immediate area

as for adding a kebind for it, you need to go to ADD in the picture posted above and then you can scroll down and pick multiple features.. volume up volume down, yada yada yada, force center should be one of them.

                Re: Mumble Configuration help

so in the installation guide it says not to use the same VOIP key as PR, but does that mean for force center or for normal transmit. I would think they would have to be the same key in order to talk to your squad and mumble at the same time. I just dont want people to hear tons of echo

                  Re: Mumble Configuration help

                  I use diffrent keys..

                  Squad Voice = B
                  Cmndr Voice = V
                  Mumble = C
                  Force Center = (num) Del
                  Teamspeak = L-Alt

I think it defeats the purpose of having 3 diffrent Voip's running if you dont use diffrent Keybinds

                    Re: Mumble Configuration help

                    I use

                    CO Voip: Left Alt
                    Sqd Voip: b
                    Teampseak: v
                    Mumble: n

I find that I use CO Voip a lot less than the others, so I put the ones I use mostly all in one place.

And on the plus side, those three keys aren't bound to anything important in BF2.

                        Re: Mumble Configuration help

Here's another question for you guys: how do I get mumble to automatically put me in the TG #1 channel?

I got sick of opening up PR, mumble, and TS all the time, so I wrote a batch file to open all three of them and connect to the respective servers. According to the wiki, you can make a shortcut on your desktop that opens mumble and logs you into the server of your choice. You can even select which channel you'd like to end up in when you join the server. I got it all working except for the channel thing. It seems like no matter what I do, Mumble drops me in the root channel. Ideas?

                        Here's the batch file:

                        Code:
                        cd\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Battlefield 2
                        Del "pb\pbns_c.dat"
                        Start "Project Reality 0.85 Launcher" BF2.exe +modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +restart 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1680 +szy 1050 +playerName A_Grounded_Pilot +playerPassword SuperSecretSquirrelPassword
                        Start /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\Teamspeak2_RC2" teamspeak.exe "67.19.106.94?nickname=|TG-X| A_Grounded_Pilot?loginname=agroundedpilot.SomeRandomNumber?password=NotSoSecretPassword?channel=In-House Squad Channels?subchannel=10th Tactical Guard"
                        start /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mumble" mumble.exe "mumble://|TG-X|[email protected]/TG - Tactical Gamer #1 (USA)"
                        Exit
Some items have been changed to protect the innocent...
