So, I hate math. I really do. But for the past 3 months, it's been pounded into my head through accelerated classes, so with my mindset being math/physics, I had an idea that always alluded me: examine and define the Sprint Bar.

So, I did some simple distance and time testing.

Result:

Contains 30 'blocks' of energy.

Each block is equivalent to 1 second of run time, or 5 meters of sprint.

Each block takes just over 2.5 seconds to recharge, or 7.5 meters of walking.

If you divide the bar into 3 sections of 10 blocks each...

1 section is equivalent to 10 seconds, or 50 meters, of sprint.

1 section takes 25 seconds to recharge, or 75 meters of walking.

The full bar holds 150 meters, or 30 seconds, of sprint.

It takes 225 meters of walking, or 1 minute 20 seconds, for recharge the bar from empty.
