I ran PingPlotter - http://www.pingplotter.com/download.html - to see for myself where the issues are and besides the Charlotte router where I have 10-40% packet loss, I'm also having issues with an sbcglobal.net jump for an additional 10% loss and an unnamed jump (12.122.81.125) that pigs extremely high. It seems that the patch has stressed the network beyond its capacity and considering the system was designed to support 75,000, it shouldn't show this kind of weakness at a 10k load.

Note: This was done early Saturday morning with only about 1200 players/ 27 matches in progress.

The address to trace is 174.34.231.143 Interval 1 second

It has to be the new visibility system causes the additional network load.

      Re: PingPlotter

Not sure what causes it, but that router is only part of the issue. I normally do not connect though it, and my pings are only slightly worse, but I still get some pretty bad rubber banding, and a decent amount of delay.

I wouldn't surprised if that new spotting system is adding some of it.
