  • What this group is for.

The role of the Ribbons Community Team is the active promotion of the ribbons system and bringing in nominations. Members of this group are the eyes and ears of Ribbons in the forum and should be active in at least one game at TG. Their goal is to be on the watch for activites, actions, and people that deserve nominations and to suggest to others that witnessed the action that they should write a nomination. They need to be familier with the process of writing a nominations and what is entailed in a good one. Thus, they can help guide a nominator as to the proper ribbon, and nomination to write for.

THIS IS ALL PRIVATELY DONE! Any conversations that happen here are NOT to discuss any active nominations that the people know about. This conversation is for ideas, tips, and leads on how to get more nominations. Private discussion need to be in a PM to Ribbons or in the submit a nomination forum.

Acknowledge your teammates' Outstanding and Distinguished efforts: Submit a nomination!

i dont know what happens in other game titles here at TG, but in the CSS community we have small internal competitions from time to time. I am sure that this usually leads to an increase in ribbon nominations. Maybe something like this could be brought to other games hosted at TG. And i dont mean scrims against other communities. I am referring to small scrims by players at TG. They dont have to be in an IHS to participate, they simply have to love the game they play TG style. I dont know if it is possible, but it is a thought :D

I think that's what the TG vs. TG scrim ribbons are for though.
